Channel Management

Through our consultancy activity, we offer a channel management service functional to identifying the intermediaries through which not only our customers’ products flow, but also the correct information that drives their sale in the wholesale and retail sectors.
On the basis of the appropriate scouting criteria, we therefore undertake to match supply and demand, making sure that the shared channel architecture strategy is respected in terms of length of the distribution channel (vertical dimension) and that the interlocutors guarantee an optimal level of communication, marketing, storage and logistics, so as to attract and satisfy the correct final customer segment. 

Obviously, our services take care of implementing the commercial policy criteria defined with our customers also in reference to the horizontal dimension of the channel, adopting mono- or multi-channel solutions depending on the opportunities and possibly differentiating the approach based on the geographic areas of interest.
